Jazz is a blend of Frappato and Nero d’Avola from Paolo Calí, a pharmacist, winemaker and idealist who follows his heart and celebrates Sicily’s native varietals. The Frappato brings brightness and lift (think wild strawberry and herbs), while the Nero d’Avola adds just enough structure to keep things grounded. Together, they make a lighter-bodied red that feels alive—juicy, aromatic, and endlessly drinkable.
