Piedmontese wines are renown for their food friendliness, and this Dolcetto is a case in point. I love its tart cherry and vibrant raspberry fruit, its subtle earthiness and its deftly knit tannins that are there for structure, but don't get in the way of making it eminently drinkable. The 2024 vintage was a classic for the region.
